Shout Out!

So I have to give a shout out to my girl Liz M. she just had a beautiful baby girl and is working out just like me! I want to acknowledge her daily effort with two kids to still get her workouts in! Today was cardio day, fun as always tomorrow morning on to the circuits again.

On a side note, 1 week from tomorrow I get to see my little ones, my best friends and my brother! Can wait, I will actually have pictures to post, I wonder if I can get them to workout with me?

5000 Steps

So at work they are always looking for ways to promote health and wellness, this month they are rewarding employees with $200 in their HSA account if you can walk 5000 steps every day for 12 weeks.

Todays workout - 30 minutes of cardio.

8:57 AM total steps = 5147

I am glad that some short cardio will help me meet this goal, $200 is $200!
