That time again

OK so i know it has been a while but I finally got some good pictures of the new place and have some small updates. Cory and I are currently on a get in shape competition with his family for a trip to Park City, we are working out hard and are SOOOORE. We also went swimming yesterday and I got burnt. I doubt anyone really cares about that small stuff but hey. I am loving my new job American Express is such an amazing company. I will be in training a few more weeks then on my own. I am glad that I have started a new career with them. I am also going back to school this fall to finish, American Express has such a great tuition reimbursement program I can get my degree going to three semesters a year and it will all be paid for by them. Cory also is going to get a second bachelors degree. But anyway not a whole lot going on just relaxing and working hard at the same time. Here are the pictures of the house.

Lots of updates...

Ok so a few things have happened 1. We went to Denver for my wonderful brother Nathan's Birthday and 2. We MOVED!!! Thus the reason for no update for so long. Well here are the pics from D-town. I know it is a lot of pics but hey in case you care...


This is Cory and I in Boulder with the Tulips and next to that is us walking with Lucas, (Nathan is next to Cory pushing Bridg) my eyes are closed but everyone else looks good.


Here is me holding what apparently is a future image of my daughter if I were to have one and Cory looking at Pics from NV's trip to Utah last April. The one next to that is possibly the cutest thing I have ever seen. This shows me how wonderful my husband is and if we are ever blessed enough to have our own children he will be an amazing Father just like the husband he is. It is Cory holding Lucas after Lucas woke up from his nap.

OK well I am sorry I have been super tired this week, a week of vacation really does get you out of work mode. Also the long drive is kind of kicking my butt. Well GOOD news I will only be making the drive for another 2 weeks. That is right we sold the house! We actually got the offer during the week off and I wasn't going to say anything until after we closed but I wanted to so I did. We are really excited to move, we found a great apartment that is right in the middle of Cory's work and my work, it is great. It ironically is also within walking distance of the Murray Convergys. The new job is GREAT though. It is weird to be a new hire in training and going over information I already know but I am trying not to be a know it all. I can't wait to be in Denver next weekend. Don't forget Val, we do get in kind of late on Friday. Well I guess that is all for now.

The rest of the week.... so far

Ok so some of you might not know this but we are currently trying to sell our house to eliminate some commuting time, well we had a lot of showings this week so we were out of the house a lot here are some of the things we did.

Unemployment/Vacation- Day 1

So I haven't really had a time in the past 5 years or so that allowed me to take some time off so before i started my new job next Monday I decided (with the encouragement of Cory) to take a week off. Well t my Surprise Cory decided to take that week off too so we could have that time to spend together. It is wonderful I have been working until 10 PM for the past 7 months and Cory works in SLC 8-4:30 so our day went like this.... 6:20 alarm goes off and Cory gets up to get ready for work, i drag myself out of bed and make Cory's lunch, i then return to bed and am asleep again by the time Cory is out of the shower. He kisses me goodbye and is off to work. Then I get out of bed around 8 something and head to the gym. I leave for work around 1 and get home about 10:30- 11 depending on when i got out of there so needless to say, we didn't see each other much, I even had to work on Saturdays so we really only had Sundays together. I missed him so this is how Day 1 (day 3 if you counted the weekend). We went to the Salt Lake Bees game, this is the farm team for the LA Angels. It was a beautiful 78 degrees and breezy so perfect. Well the sun was out and we got a little toasty but not to bad it should be gone by tomorrow. Here are some pictures from the game.
