Here is what I was able to do while it lasted
Today I did
Round 1
- 19 wall push ups
- 41 Squats
- Pull up hang for 7 seconds, 14 band pull ups
- 60 Crunches
Round 2
- 20 wall push ups
- 40 Squats
- Pull Up hang for 7 seconds, 13 band pull ups
- 60 Crunches
Round 3
- 19 wall push ups
- 30 Squats
- Pull up hang for 6 seconds, 13 band pull ups
- 0 _ Sick
Now that I am getting close to 20 wall push ups each round I will be moving to bench/couch push ups soon. Now it is time for a shower and off to work.
